| Men & Women for Human Excellence, Inc. is a 501c(3), non-profit organization that provides educational support and delinquency prevention/intervention services to at-risk youth of our community. The MWFHE, Inc. approach gives youth a new perspective on life. Our main purpose is to rebuild the family structure by empowering the adult male, families, and youth through enhancing their life skills, social skills and education experience. We seek to address those negative influences that adversely impact our communities. |

| We aim to stabilize and empower youth that are burdened with social and
economic problems by enlisting them in well-rounded network support programs, so
they can maintain a stable and structured lifestyle. This comprehensive program
addresses the needs of the total family. This program's main focus is to provide all of our youth with an atmosphere of structure, love, guidance, and a safe environment for education. We do this by teaching and implementing the importance of our twelve principles Concept that we know will supply our youth with an opportunity for success. The Twelve Principles are :
We place special emphasis on showing our youth ways to deal with conflicts, build self-esteem, develop socialization skills, and give our youth alternatives to street gangs and drug lifestyles by stressing the importance of higher education, personal enrichment and heightened self-awareness. |
